Really sorry to read about such horrible harassment.
I doubt these proposals will make much difference when most false allegations are made out of fear or spite but I'll hope it improves for you.

the problem with implementing the database anywhere in the UK is it would expose just how lax the justice system is, we had several cases of people known to have conducted such crimes in quite vile predatory fashion against children under 13 (which apparently carries a higher sentencing tariff) who have been released in under 3 years on licence due to the high cost of keeping them locked up in those special nonce only units ... until the liberal elite get rinsed out of the places of power and some sane person gets into the job who understands you cant change them they have a mental defect and will do the same sick crap over and over again until they expire and duly helps find the path to expiration nothing will change.

another problem with the sex offenders register is who runs it and what info it shows, there have been cases where people were arrested for public order offences and ended up on there due to the proximity to a school or children's play area (one case saw some teens having sex in the park given 10 years on the register) yet other people with actual offenses against children get only 1 or 2 years on it....

also it will see the numbers of hate crimes reported spiral upwards as more people become aware of the nonces and "sort them out" of course people like yourself who are wrongly labelled as them will be set free from the hate but if your being mistakenly id'd as one (due to looks/name/address) then you could also end up at the same end same the actual perverted pieces of filth

 I am really sorry that you have been tagged this way, it must be incredibly distressing and upsetting. Reason seems to go out the window on certain subjects, and people seem to believe they have the right to act anyway they want to and even take the law into their own hands. Remember that doctor - a paediatrician - that vigilantes hounded from her home because they didn't know the difference between a paediatrician and a paedophile.

It's a difficult one for all society. Most are legitimately angry when they here of such abuse on children and young persons. I see the aftermath of abuse everyday, and it does cause long term harm to those abused. Even though I see the harm the abuse causes I disagree that perpetrators should be outed in the local area. Humans are humans and it is very easy whip up vigilantism towards suspected deviants. We do need a properly resourced system to monitor and deal with these people, which sadly is lacking. Vigilantism is the result of a broken system. Vigilantism is wrong, and there can be no excuse for it in our society.

This is an hard one and you speak for all but I'll be honest.......As you said humans are humans and nature would over take society and the system for me ...anyone touched one of my children I would do the bird, couldn't live with myself if I didn't. Monitoring, police and a judge will never give me the justice I would want.

Thanks for the discussion and interesting support. The said nonce does live near me (or did) but a few estates further north. I think she has left the area to be honest! I would have if I were her...

every parent has had times when they could kill there child,i have ,the wife has and i know a few times when i thought my dad was gona kill me just saying
