Is there any particular reason for all that "superstructure" on top? My coil masters is a simple matchbox sized affair that does all that without the complicated skyscraper effect and it is good as a stable platform for coil building and wicking.

I suspect that big banana block at the side of the atty would get in the way.

You put a 18650 battery in it (USB rechargeable) so you can pulse the coil etc GeoffUK , nice heavy sturdy base and hopefully a very accurate resistance reader.

Too busy and if the pulsing is done with that little rocker switch on the back instead of a fire button, just a tad scary.

You can even use it as a mod - the coil master one has a 10 or 15amp fuse I think and takes an 18650, this one might too. That strage shaped thing around the 510 can be removed though, its for measuring voltage drop from mechs, maybe regulated mods too. Would be interesting if it reads voltage output from mods with pwm too.
