gb have them on a deal price so its not a mistake theres probably only a few thousand this is probably a stupid question but what charger should I use?

I have an 18650 charger that came with some ultrafire 2800mah batts a couple of years ago, the chingris manual for it says "keep carefull watch if smoke switch off, if led colours do change to red switch off or it go boom"
very reassuring but there only for a cheap cree torch and they came with a small solar charging unit that was bundled in for free (pair of cree torches + 2 ultrafire 2800 18650's dodgy unprotected wall charger and a solar charger for $18.99 including shipping a few years ago for xmas) problem is the solar unit failed recently and I don't like the idea of forgetting I put them on charge so I need a new charger anyway /

The XTAR is fine it uses a USB cable, if you're going to buy a wall adapter for it you want a 2.1A 5v plug.

Good choice. I love mine. As long as the power adaptor is upto the job as Get Off My Cloud said its spot on. 4 batteries or using the middle two slots will drop the charge rate to .5 but using only slot 1 and 4 will give you the 1amp. Never used the lil carrying bag that comes with it yet though
