In the calculator, ( E Juice Me)can you save the Weight of PG: 1.038 grams per ml Weight of VG: 1.26 grams per ml Weight of Pure Nicotine: 1.01 grams per ml so I dont have to keep putting it in, if i can how do I do that? Every time I open it up again they have gone and I have to put them in again There's a ' save before exit ' option when you close EJMU down - have you tried using that Dopey? Don't mix by weight myself, so I can't tell you categorically that it does . . . . worth a try though.

How To Mix By Weight With EjuiceMeUp & Digital Scales Tools Required EjuiceMeUp calculator Digital Scales Syringe Juice Ingredients Bottle Step OneWeigh an empty syringe on your digital scales and make a note of the weight. The scales i use weigh to an accuracy of 0.1g you can buy scales which weigh to 0.01g but i have found 0.1g to be accurate enough and scales which weigh to 0.1g tend to be able to take a larger weight than scales accurate to 0.01g so i can mix larger amounts on these. Step Two
Fill your syringe to 1ml with your first ingredient and weigh it make a note of the weight. Now subtract the weight of the empty syringe from the weight of the full syringe and you have the weight of the ingredient. Repeat the same procedure for all your ingredients. Step Three
Download EjuiceMeUp from HEREInstall the program and open it, then go to the tools tab and click on Grams Set. It will open this box. Enter the weights of your ingredients from the earlier steps and click OK. Now when you calculate your recipe the third column will show the weights you need of each ingredient. The program will remember the weights you have set for your ingredients until you change it yourself so you don't have to go through all this every time you do a mix. Step Four
Now it is just a matter of mixing your recipe. Set your bottle or mixing cup whatever you use on the scale and zero the scale. Add your first ingredient until you reach the weight shown on the calculated recipe. Now before you add your next ingredient zero the scale again then add your second ingredient until it reaches the weight shown in the recipe. Zero the scale again and add your next ingredient zero again and so on until you have finished adding all your ingredients. The reason i zero the scales between ingredients is so i don't need to do any math. That's it, it's easy and quick. I find this method particularly useful when i am mixing large amounts i can literally just pour the ingredients straight from the bottle into a mixing beaker rather than filling a whole bunch of syringes.

I tried these scales Smart Weigh SWS100 Elite Digital Pocket Scale 100 x 0.01g link because I was getting fed up with all the washing up involved in mixing. (the 100 limit suits me OK and the automatic off does not happen for around 60 seconds after you have stopped adding) At first I had real problems - spills, incorrect amounts etc due to small size of some of my bottle tops, VG especially could be tricky, pour too fast and it creates a plug and goes everywhere! However, I carried on, got some better pouring bottles, ( Fastech SKU 2081400 ) and now I would never go back to syringes etc - just so pleasant to get an empty bottle and just pour, with no worrying about cross contamination of flavours or washing up afterwards, so I'm enjoying my mixing much more now.

By the way, Get Off My Cloud, brilliant photo account! Like the syringe method - I will use this to test the accuracy of my current PG/VG standard weight method.

If anyone is looking for a cheap but good set of scales then these are good. Got a set recently myself. Weigh up to 600g at 0.01g increments. 3 minute auto power off from idle. Nice big display includes battery level indicator so it won't crap out unexpectedly. Runs off 2xAAA batteries or you can run it via a micro usb port without batteries. www.fasttech.com/products/0/10024435/5290902-2-lcd-precision-digital-jewelry-scale-600g-0-01gETA Forgot to mention that when you get these scales they are set to power off after 30s idle. You can change the setting by doing the following. Turn on the scale wait for it to zero. Hold down the Tare button until the display shows AU 30. Press the Unit button to scroll through the options. Once you get to the setting you want press Tare again. Job done. The display will dim out after 15s of being idle but it isn't powered down, when you start adding weight again the display will light up again.

Nope, tsoko, Red Astair needs it's weight set (or assume 60g in this example)

Anyone know the weight in grams per ml of 72mg VG Nicotine? tsoko specific gravity of 72mg/ml nic in VG is about 1.198 i.e. 1.198mg per ml [ETA] - (or at least that was the specific gravity of the stuff that I used to sell.... It probably depends on the amount of added water during production, which may vary by manufacturer)

Thanks for the info
