Neo battery hot then dead

My poor 6ish week old Auto Neo battery has left me and gone to heaven

And I really loved it

It was on the side table, nothing attatched to it, I was using my provari and having a cuppa, I kept hearing a zzzzz sound and was worried it was my ipad, then I saw the slightest bit of smoke, picked up the auto battery and it was hot and the light on the end was on, rushed it to the utility sink and left it there.

Went back an hour later and it was cool but as soon as I picked it up it fired again and the light on the end was flashing.

Left it, went back and nothing was happening, put it on charge and nowt.

Gutted to say the least

There does Karma, its all I seem to read about. Have to say it is the first to die on me in my six months vaping. So I have been ok so far.

I wonder if it's the hot weather? or if auto bats are more tempramental than manual?

im sorry to hear that sandra....ive read a few things about the neo autos playing up having problems with sticky switches.
i got mine on friday and wasnt really impressed to be honest....after an hour reverted back to my egos and 510s ever since. the light seemed to stay on a few seconds after inhaling even before id ever put a carto on it.

janty have a section on ecf perhaps its worth asking on there about it.

There does seem to be alot of problems with batterys lately ??? I wonder if it could be the hot weather? but then again iv never had a problem when abroad

I have raised a ticket with Janty France where I got it from, as it has a three month warranty, will see what they say, I did clean it for every charge and only used it with the Puromizer, was a lovely vape, but who knows what they will say.
