Having been in Royal Preston for an EVAR operation since Tuesday, although now home, I must say that my experience vaping was very positive. Not sure if you remember, some time back JAC VAPOUR put out a range of 100%pg juice called Clear Steam. These were perfect as they produced very little visible vapour. As a result I had no problem vaping, other than me not being very interested in anything to start with. I used my 40w iSticks and GS air tanks, although I found that one unit nearly lasted 4 days due to reduced use. To the uninitiated they don't look like e cigs, so even though I left mine sitting on the table next to my laptop, I didn't receive any comments whatsoever. While waiting for a porter he pinged what I was doing and slowed down so I could have a last vape before my operation. He was a smoker so understood. All in all my tips to anyone faced with a hospital stay would be to use low to zero VG so it doesn't get seen. That way you can vape away to your hearts extent, and don't do it in front of Matron.

Good information for those who can tolerate high PG Bobsbeer For those who like myself who can't, a hospital visit means we're doomed the first time we exhale the vapour

It's a pick and mix with hospitals, my father has been in local one on and off all year, and I got a good talking to off security for standing outside having a vape, yet when I was admited to same hospital for 24 hours nobody took a blind bit of notice of me vaping in bed, seems to come down to the little tin hitler that sees you. But in general stealth vaping is the rule, not quite as satisfying, but at least you can still vape, I find this works everywhere your not sure about, the only problem this gives me is flying, I hate it, so always use double stregth nic morning of flight, at heathrow it's fine can vape to hearts content, but other airports a bit like hospitals, every security guard got own views, makes you cough and wheeze a bit at high strengths lol. Bobsbeer hope your ok and recovering mate. MP

Great info and thanks for sharing, got my notification today for my spinal fusion on January 19th, gonna have to drop to 0 Nic as supposedly it can effect bone growth so i don't want to give it any chance to fail after battling for nearly two years to get treatment.
Cheers
