Does anyone here get stomach problems with VG?

I've been suffering for a few months now with excess stomach acid. Been to the docs a few times and have been put on various meds to control it. I'd done a bit of reading that suggested a PG allergy initially so always vaped at maximum VG.
Delved a bit deeper into research recently and noticed that as many people seem to suffer from VG intolerance as PG. Made up some 50/50 juice a couple of days ago and straight away noticed a vast improvement. Haven't needed to take any meds for the last 2 days and can happily chain vape with no effects!
I was initially worried that the extra PG would make it a harsh vape but it doesn't at all. Just as smooth as VG for me. Guessing it must be the nic that controls the bulk of the throat hit? All my juices are 3mg so no throat hit which is my preference.

I get similar catface26 PG makes me cough, too much VG gives me acid, low ohms give me acid, so it's 50/50 at 2 ohms for me

well you know the saying "all things in moderation"

I found problems when the juices are more than 70/30 in either side so I just bought some high pg stuff to mix with the 100% vg stuff and haven't had any real problems since, although I thought I was probably the only one who got affected in this way

I have no issues with 70 or 80VG and i have crohns and have had about 3ft of gut chopped out.

Interesting to see a fair few others who can't just vape whatever they like without issues. Never had stomach problems when smoking and you'd think it would be a bigger trigger considering the toxic fumes!

The only vape irritant I have is slimy teeth!

I assume the high VG coats my pearly whites?... least it gets me flossing my teeth regularly and my dentist is impressed with how my gums have recovered this past year so i'll keep at and hope they stay in good condition

seconded about the gums - been far better since getting off the fags. They weren't diseased, just receeding a bit, but now seem to have recovered

ummm, I seem to tread the line between sounding like a Dalek when vaping more than 40%pg and being sehr windig over 75‰vg.
