“Today the Advocate General issued her opinion in relation to Totally Wicked’s legal challenge to Article 20 of the Tobacco Products Directive. This is not a formal decision, nor a legal judgement on the questions we raised in our challenge. It is a legal opinion prepared to assist the CJEU judges in making their decision and will be considered alongside the written and oral submissions. It is not binding on the CJEU judges. The decision of the judges is expected in early 2016.”

Let's face it, they have their agenda and we don't figure in it, when has a government ever worked in the best interests of the population, they know full well the benefits of E Cig's . It would be very interesting to find out how many MP's , MEP's and members of the House of Lords are connected to Big P and T, I bet there are quite a few, let alone the backhanders that will be flying about!

Couldn't agree more car147. The general public (and on this occasion, vapers in particular) are viewed as a cash cow by the government, they will go to any lengths to extract every penny they possibly can from the normal Mr & Mrs Bloggs. While they continue to try and milk us dry on one hand, the other hand is dishing millions out in aid and god knows what else to whoever wants it. They want us to shovel money into the pot, but heaven forbid you should ever need a pound back out of it ( that will be close to home for you car147 having had to fight for a result on your health issues). We all know its about plugging the gap in the economy that occurred when we decided to kick the stinkies.

Now, call me a bit strange (many do) but what does the Avocado General have to say, the bit about e-cigs particularly?

1. The new rules are a bit silly, chaps. A bit of control over e-liquid ingredients is what we need. Job Done.

Signed this a few weeks ago.  I'm totally stunned that so few from the retail/supply chain have not put their business names to this, so from this day going forward I will not be purchasing any  vape related goods from UK vendors who do not advertise and promote this campaign on their web sites.

Time to ignore the 'rules' that only serve the pockets of big tobacco and big pharma.

The more that stand up for themselves and vape on, the easier it will get to save other lives. It's time for the governments of the world to realise that, ultimately, the people have the power.

We all just need to be brave enough collectively to use it.
