Oh no

My Sigeli SS V2 (bought in the classies here ex group buy) seems to have conked out. I am giving it a bath in meths.
The screen is working but it's not firing.

Any advice

monty does meths work well on juiced up boards

I would normally use isopropyl alcohol which is probably better but I'd run out. Both will dissolve any dried juice but meths will dissolve more things - possibly including varnish on the circuit board.

Using meths let it dry at room temperature for a couple of hours before putting it somewhere hot like on a radiator or storage heater.

and unless your a tramp make sure you open the windows to get rid of the foul smell and build up of flammable vapours in the room ...... that stuff does nasty things to your equilibrium and far worse to your inner organs ....
