I know that you can rinse them out, dry and reuse, but what do I rinse one out with and how do I know when it's dry all the way through?
We got some new juices today with hubby's new Riva kit and he jumped right in and filled a clearo with Red Dog - I don't know whether it's meant to steep but it tastes to both of us like old ashtrays! It's been put aside for now and we'd like to reuse the clearo.

I just washed mine out with hot water, left it to dry over night and it was fine the next day although I've not really had any very strong flavours in mine

I do the same - rinse & dry. I love red dog... a lovely dark choc after taste. Maybe leave it to steep a few days?

Thanks Beeratz - I'll give it a shot.
Oh it'll be steeping Oneday! Don't know when we'll feel the urge to try that one again, lol.

If the flavour lingers you can leave to soak or even boil them. Some people get better results with using vodka to clean them but I think that's a waste of good vodka

Not sure what I've done to mine but one of them tastes burnt and I have cleaned it which I thought had fixed it but it hasn't

If you've burnt it, you probably didn't have it wet/soaked enough I don't think you can really do much to revive a burnt cato unfortunately

if its a clearomiser you could always try cleaning it and then do what is called a 'dry burn' which is attaching it to a battery and firing for a few seconds untill the coil glows red while there is no juice in it... do this a couple of times and the black crud on the coil should turn white... clean out and should taste better

I have just rinsed mine in warm water until no smell was left, then did a quick blast of warm air with my hairdryer, perfect, it is vaping very nicely too.
