Just grabbed myself foodie favourites vanilla and a caramel from same make. Have also got CW cream and ethyl maltol.
Anyone suggest a blend of these to make a custard flavour. Just had an attempt but it's not brilliant lol I know I'll have to steep for 4 weeks to get the best out of it but I would like a recipe that I can just try. Cheers

Probably better just buying a custard concentrate if you want a custard no?

I would hazard a guess at, cream at about 10% Vanilla at about 5% caramel at a bout 1 to 2%

I would hazard a guess at, cream at about 10%Vanilla at about 5% caramel at a bout 1 to 2% Forgive me phtumshk . . . . but CCW's Cream is ever so strong and I do mean strong - stronger than a strong thing on a strong day infact! 2% maximum I'd suggest denzil, but if I might say it does seem a little pointless and a waste of money buying random unknown flavours when you could just buy a bottle of Capella's lovely Vanilla Custard and be almost guaranteed of getting a nice, vapeable mix.

I do have some capella goodies on the way and daddypig kent custard but I've got to wait for delivery because my bday is at such an awkward time of year for postal. So I'm just trying to have a play and see what I can create. And yes the cream from CCW is very very very strong x

Have patience grasshopper . . . . though that's easier said than done I know denzil. How strong are these Foodie Favourites concentrates would you say, I've not heard of them - although supermarket flavours ( which I presume they are ) do on the whole tend to be on the weak side. A complete stab in the dark from me would be: 6-8% Vanilla 4% Caramel 2% CCW Cream 1-2% EM ( if you think it's necessary ) Though you could conceivably have to up the percentages on the Vanilla and Caramel . . . . . .

Google them chap. I don't think they're all as strong as the cream but they all seem pretty good so far. I've had 4 or 5 of their flavours but cream is hench lol. I found a little place on a factory estate that sells them but they sell online as well. Might try your idea at the recipe

Ooh I didn't notice the price online. The ones in the shop I went to in horsham were 15ml but cheaper than that for sure, think it cost me under £6 for two.
