I did it for health reasons....and like cost Took me about 3 months to finally get the dose and the kit right...in that time I'd have the odd oz of tobacco every few weeks but still.... That was a just under a year ago ...tried them years ago but they were no good (my first e-cig was a mini - bad e-cig . Then I got a manual titan - not much better TBH)..... I have one spare for sos (my paws mod ) but I love my lavatube... I started at 36mg and did that for about 2 months then gradually reduced. I'm now on 14mg and in no rush to reduce just yet but never say never... Ideally I'd like to be under 10 for now (that's the next target) and then 0 and just vaping for pleasure...but Rome wasn't built in a day... Fact is I've just had a really stressful weekend and an e-cig crisis (leaky tank and little juice) so really reducing is the last thing on my mind When I do I shall reduce it by 2mg/ml.....I mix my own btw...easy enough with the right android app Jane

Sorry to hear you have had a bad weekend nothing worse than stressing your self out further trying to set your self a task which is gonna set yourself up for envietble failure ! As the advice round here goes baby steps and at the end of the day whether we are on 35mg of nic with no inclination to reduce or on zero nic we are all participating in a healthier alternative that we enjoy
