OUCH!!!! E liquid tax in Chicago

Don't for a second doubt this will happen here, Westminster will undoubtably follow with some form of taxation for the same reasons, they don't give a jot about our health otherwise you would never have seen the contradicting messages put out by the media trying to blacken the name of vaping with one sole plan of making it seem only suitable if controlled by Big P and T.

Thus the plan is slowly coming to fruition, mark my words come TPD time it will be implemented to the hilt.

Tax will come in as the testing that will have to be done and passed on to the user.
Gov may add more but the UK seems to be all for E Cigs so I don,t think we will get it as bad as others will in the EU.

I will give china there due that some high up want E Cigs band because it is hitting tobacco sales to much , none of the lies we
get. Says a lot for the EU that can,t tell us the truth.

It wont bother me as I mix my own and have a good stock to last years. But its like a guy at work tried an E Cig on 18mils
and it just didn,t work for him , it was only after I made him some 24 mil up he stopped the cigs.
So its the new to E Cigs that are going to have a hard time and maybe die from all this crap.

It really does say a lot when a communist country is more truthful to its people than the EU is to us.

I think the UK charges 20% on top of the rest for NRT.

That would mean anything over 20% would be seen as a "Sin tax". (Syntax...)

At the moment (the UK government) - they're not going to touch that.

However, if the EU decide on a Sin tax, then we will forced into it... like the TPD, like badly shaped vegetables, fruit shaped soap and Eggs by the dozen.

But it is why NRT manufacturers are very happy with 20% on all things vape related.

Doesn't really matter how wide the net is (state/county)... the sale of e-liquid is going down there, maybe off the radar.

I'm sure Mark 10, Blu, Greensmoke and Vuse are having a party. As the guy says.. 55c on a cig-a-like, nobody will even notice.

$17 (£11.50) on a 30ml bottle is disastrous for vendors and buyers.
