Disgraceful . . . . so Chicago would rather their smokers looking to find a better alternative to cigarettes, die of any number of smoking related diseases. Not too mention the effect this tax will have on businesses.

This has been known about for some time, and is typical of several areas in the US who are taxing to try and replace tobacco revenue..... they shouldn't have mortgaged their futures with the tobacco bonds they sold - barstewards |

is there any word on how often that "floor tax" will be payable ?
I can see why so many US vendors were flogging their inventories with discounts up to 70% during December as they closed down just to avoid this surcharge on e-juice, whats worse is the tax was applicable regardless of nic content .....

I think there is a way around this :
Sell the NICOTINE containing liquid at double or four times the strength you vape at then sell NON nicotine containing dilutant (with or without flavour) and then mix the 2 together.
