just got two black 1:1s from fasttech, could be taken for tobeco at first sight, not the best quality. Could forgive one duff atty but not two at the same time. I'm sure that because they only cost £6 and return post is £4.50 you're not expected to complain about them.
Either the wire holes are too close to the inner edge or the posts are too narrow , Also over drilled to the point of being dimpled on the inner face and I made blue hot spots on the positive post warming up some claptons at 50w. One leaks through the 510 and both peek insulators are uneven around the post. The one that doesn't leak has a fluctuating resistance issue that messes up TC as it warms up.
GB sell some heavy 304 stainless velocitys and although not 1:1 I haven't had any problems with them.
