they're pretty much just an oversized cartomiser that can hold close to 2.5ml... i quite like them as i dont find myself constantly topping up like with the regular cartomisers... they also look rather nice on an e-go... they only slight negative is the mouth piece, not that its bad but i just prefer round

Mmm a cone cover is just something that makes the riva bat + carto look a bit nicer, although it probably helps keep some heat in there so aids performance? you don't really need one tho, but it really does look better www.vapeescape.co.uk/ego%2Friva-cover-cones~85An echomiser is like a big carto www.vapeescape.co.uk/510-echomisers~197you don't need a cone with one of these, they are just giant cartomizers, and they look good. I've tried one, really wanted it to work well, but it didn't, could possibly be user error though I keep going back to standard boge cartos, i know what to expect from them and they work out at quite good value

On a regular RIVA/EGO the single coil 2 ohm echos are good..
The dual coil ones are so-so. I find that I really need to pre-warm them by quite a bit before I get a decent vape on a 3.7 like a RIVA but I find it difficult to get the 2 ohm dual going on a ego. Once warmed up they are ok.
But I find clearomisers are best for taste and flavour.
