The reason we chill and freeze foods, is to slow down the process of bacteria multiplication. Since E-liquid contains food stuffs, as in flavourings, it's pretty safe to assume that chilling or freezing will slow down the process of degradation, just as it does with your food.

As someone with advanced catering qualifications and 23 years of working as a cook, this makes sense.

You can do whatever you like my friend but personally I would be careful about assuming that its okay to freeze ejuice long term. Never mind the PG or VG or flavouring there is nic in there as well as god knows what other chemicals that make up the flavourings. Don't forget Karma is looking to keep an emergency supply in the fridge for two years maybe. It might be okay at the end of that period but its then going to take another two years to use it ! Will it still be okay? The simple fact is we don't know. As I said before, one thing we do know from the manufactures is that its safe to store in a cool dark place for two years so why freeze it. We are not talking about chickens or sprouts here.

And we may not be talking about chickens, Sprouts or even mushy peas for that matter, but we are talking about a product that is mostly made up of food stuffs, with PG, VG, and flavourings all used in foods.

Yes, it's the best way to keep them for up to 1 1/2 years - 2 years. Cool, dry and dark place We're talking about extending shelf life beyond 2 years here, if you buy small bottles, and will use them within the normal shelf life, there is no reason to do anything different. It seems however, that some people, both on here, and other forums, have been able to extend the shelf life of E-liquid by keeping it cooler.

If you've got no room in your fridge, particularly in the summer when it's full up with strawberrys, cream and other yummy summer goodies , a large-ish cool bag or box with a daily changed ice block thingy whatever they're called would be perfect.

Wow, Anne, never thought of that Great idea Now, when we come to do our annual road trip up north you can just imagine Mr Karma's puzzlement when I look all innocent and say 'no dear, I have no idea where the cool bags are' #icon_rofl#

You can get kiddies lunch cool bags too in Wilkies if you haven't got many liquids. I think I've seen them in the £ shop as well.
