Hopefully going to get chance to play with some of the 20 concentrate samples I ordered from UKFlavours.
Anyone got any advice on what percentage to start at? I understand its all subjective (I have seen anything from 4%-8% on various recipes) but a rough guide would be super.

I find 5% fine with apple pie and fruits and I have some vanilla custard steeping at 6% to try

I'm planning on getting some of their yoghurt and I'll probably try that with 5% yoghurt and 5% fruit

Are you talking about the triple strength stuff?

Normal strength. Only mixing 10ml samples by weight and I figured triple strength would need more accurate scales.

From the flavours I've used, the strengths I've found to be very similar to Capella & TFA's especially mikedidthis . . . . so if you use those as a guide, I don't think you'll go far wrong.
