The 0.15 is Ni and needs TC but now it's clear you have a TC mod you could use the 0.15's in your TC mod in TC mode. You could also use all the other sizes in normal wattage mode in any of your mods subject to each mods min resistance in wattage mode

That bit I can't help with as I don't know the fuchai menu system. Could try holding the up and down buttons. That's how you change the Sig 75
