Vendors are welcome to chip in but this is just a look n see to find out if we can get it together in time.
I'm thinking we could scale marquee down a tad with less tables and chairs to make it cheaper but we had great weather last year so most were lounging around on hay bales.
If its a bit miserable we could all squeeze up on each others knees .... eh decoy *wink wink*

Well, hire of marquee was well over £800 last year. I don't have to megamad buy coffee and tea etc. So I was thinking £600/800 for a smaller tent with furniture and folk to bring the consumables?
Just trying to keep it feasible.
