I've been thinking about this, would it complicate things too much if everyone paid at least £10 (and perhaps no more for those who won't be attending who are kind enough to donate anyway), with those who want to contributing more?

I'd be happy to donate more as having a base/place to meet was wonderful last year.

The £10 is the minimum individual starting amount to make it happen. If folk want to pay in more, then brilliant! Only thing is, I need the cash in before I can hire anything hence the definite pledges. I don't need to go overboard on tea/coffee etc this year either so that will help.
I think the main thing was having a meeting point that was our own
