.....and we spent loads on enquiry that concluded Putin "possibly" ordered a killing of a spy....gosh, shock, horror. Yep the British way, waste some money on something we already "possibly" know and wind the powerful man on earth up along the way.....

So Mr oglivardisoandso, heres your bill for the £250,000 pounds treatment you've had in a NHS hospital, what you want to pay by cheque, cash or credit card, don't be so silly, you return home and recover, then when you get round to it send us the money, lets face it the NHS don't need it urgent, gooday sir, have a nice day and good flight home !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The above goes very much against the treatment I got at a Swiss hospital. Christmas eve father rushed in at 4pm after accident, I arrived at hospital to be told "your BUPA travel insuarance is not recognised here, you must deposit £2000 into our bank within the hour or we refuse to treat him", after pointing out it was late afternoon on christmas eve they would not relent, it was lucky I had companies bank manager personal phone number and got it arranged, we got refund from BUPA, but guess what the bill came to when converted to sterling............£1,999.99 the b*****ds even nicked the penny left.
