Bought two of these for OH. One from FT the other from eFun. The FT one arrived first so charged it up and got it going no problem. These units are fairly basic with only a fire button to worry about. The second unit arrived so did the same. The only problem is that it doesn't appear to charge. It shows a red led glowing inside when on charge which goes out on the first one when charged. The second unit has now been on charge for over 24 hours and the light is still on. When unplugged from the usb cable, nothing. It isn't the atty, as I have checked that on the FT unit. So it must be the internal board that is faulty. Now waiting for eFun to get back to me. I emailed them yesterday but they have yet to reply. Perhaps emmajojo you could chase this up? My order number was #100023644 For someone looking for a basic unit that is small and compact, these seem to be a good choice. The atty is a Eleaf GS air and uses their range of replaceable coils. I guess I got a duff one, but OH likes the working one, so hoping I can get this replaced soon.

Also possibly a duff lipo. Good luck with getting it sorted out.

After my post, I got an email from them. Wanted a video, so did one. Not a lot to see really, light on when plugged in. Light off when unplugged. Hopefully they will get it sorted, and replacement shipped before the holiday. Although I was impressed with their shipping time on the unit. Ordered 9th Jan, arrived 23rd Jan. So excellent service apart from the unit not working. Which I'm not blaming them for.

I've posted this on another thread, but Isticks seeming to go downhill, I had 2 when first came out, one lasted 10 months until I stupidly cross threaded it, second one lemon out of box but way out of date to replace. Bought a 40W TC, that was crap and went back to FT who replaced it, sitting here waiting for charge, inbetween bought 30W good for last 3 months but seems to be getting to last legs, fire button going and charge not lasting. Seems quality control is rubbish on these.

Does sound like an issue with the charging circuit, hopefully EFun replace it for you quickly

They have VERY weak USB sockets, you can easily detach it from the PCB just by plugging a charger lead in, when I got mine I whipped off the bottom plate then put a load of hot glue around the socket to give it some mechanical protection and fingers crossed mine have lasted well.

I guess we get what we pay for with these. They must be churning these things out in the thousands, so I suppose it is to be expected that there will be the occasional duff lemon. Fingers crossed I have two 40w TC's that have been in continuous service since late July, and have been fine. OH I noticed does tend to wiggle the usb connector on and off. She killed two 20w by doing this as eventually they became too loose to hold the connector in the socket. They were nearly 12 months old, so didn't do too bad. I did try to repair, but it was hopeless as the socket was deformed, and smt components, so too fiddly for me to replace. I look at these things and think if they last 6 months I have had my moneys worth. The iStick Basics are only £20 and that includes the atomiser, so not expensive, but you do expect them to work for a while. lol

Thanks DiscoDes I didn't realise you could get just the board. I'm capable of soldering tails, but SMT components are a tad tricky.
