good carto filling idea

Liking the look of this re-filling technique. Not sure if a spikey thing would work so well. Wouldn't air still get into the carto?

So, is it agreed that a cocktail stick is the way forward?

sadly i think it will just be the "cocktail method"
but if it works thats good enough, i may even try using cartos without a tank then.
i just couldnt be bothered with keep dripping a bit and hoping it dont go in the hole then keep blowing it out.

You can block the air tube with anything that will fit in it hissie, the sole purpose is to stop juice from flooding into it when filling. Once the carto is full then what ever obstruction you have used would have to be removed. The gap between the air tube and the top of the carto is required to allow air to mix with the vapour.

Looks too complicated.....

Think I stick with 101 prods of the syringe and like the tank ....gotta love my chibi tank far better than the lil mama

This is my method, tried and tested.
Clip the end of a cotton bud off then taper it to fit in the hole, fill and then remove plug to let air get in then repeat until liquid is completely absorbed

I am now off to patent it as I did this last week when reducing my liquid strength.

Just gave this a go - it works as claimed, but it is still possible to overfill
and have juice come out the air hole at the side of the carto base.
Still had to blow through and suffer gurgliness.
OK but carris the risk of accidentally using the stick as a toothpick
afterwards
