Best 18650 flat top rechargeable batte?

I have some ulrafire 9800mAh which was just crap. no where near as good as my efest 2500mAh makes me wonder how there allowed to sell batts which are not what they claim

As some of the others have said, the Samsung 25r or the Sony VTC5 are both a good shout.

Brought some Samsung 30q from torchy and had a nice eBay message saying thanks, they were shipped today so should have them tomorrow

Glad this thread came up, some of my older 18650s are starting to show signs of fade; they won't work now with the ipv4 (60W) on top of a evic VT, the mod points and laughs at them and says 'Weeeeak batterrryyyy!'. Order placed for 6 spanking new Torchy 18650 3000mAHs.
