Thanks to everybody for getting involved in this testing, I am going to spend rest of this week going through all the results across the forums and user groups. It's been a pleasure and I'll be back with more testing stuff as soon as the opportunity arises. I'm sure we're going to get some good data from this, and the effort it much appreciated.

Thanks to everybody for taking part in this, I know a few have submitted the forms already. For those still to submit please make sure it's done by end of the day tomorrow. I'll then start going through it with the engineering dept. but I've already seen lots of useful feedback.

Thanks I am glad you enjoyed it, and hopefully we'll get good data from it that allows us to improve things in the future.

I've always locked the tank by turning it clockwise and filled up using a narrow syringe. I did leave the tank standing over night by itself and it did not leak at all. I have let the mod dry out over night, and after inserting another fresh coil I have been using it with no issues at all today, but I cannot understand why it emptied out on my twice in a row. So now it's fingers crossed and hopefully no more leaks. If the tank is not leaking when left to sit, then it's not the tank, or at least it doesn't suggest the tank, may try standing it on it's head tonight, see if that makes a difference. My guess is the topcap was somehow not sealed, and if it doesn't seal then the pressure will allow a leak, it happened to my CEO once, and he handed me the tank and it was loose by about quarter of a turn, I tightened it up and no issues, been using the tank myself since. let me know how you get on.

Well I've got good news and bad news, the good news is that I've now tried out the 0.5 Ohm coils and I was getting a lot better flavour from them than the 1.0 ohm coils the bad news is that I can no longer use this device as it has now emptied two lots of tanks on me while it was left standing. I thought I may of had a dodgy seal on the coil but replacing it with another coil the tank emptied out on me again. Shame I was getting to really like this little mod. okay, are you definitely always going clockwise with the tank, so clockwise to lock and clockwise to unlock, going anticlockwise will cause the topfill cap to loosen, release pressure and in turn leak. The other issue that I have come across is you need to use a needle nose bottle, as a wide filling nozzle can move the topfill seal over, liquid then basically flows down the chimney. The seal is no attached to the top, it's a pressure seal so a wide tip nozzle can be squeezed in, but a part of the nozzle is filling direct into the chimney. You can check it's not an issue like the above by removing the tank and filling with a narrow nozzle, then leave to sit over night with the cap on firmly, if it doesn't leak then the tanks not actually leaking.

Was going to wait and note the following on the feedback form JAC Vapour but then thought it may be more beneficial the earlier you were made aware of the following :- The first time I charged the unit with the supplied USB lead, I noticed as I placed the unit down that the red light went out. I checked the USB plug was fully inserted into the VIM socket and as I moved it slightly left and right the red light flickered on and off. For the time being I found a position for the red charging light to remain on and completed the charging of the battery. The next time that I went to charge the battery as the same thing happened I decided to substitute the VIM USB lead for an Eleaf one which inserted with a more positive connection and the charging light remained on even with some shaking about of the unit. Thinking I had isolated the fault to the VIM USB lead I then tried it on my Eleaf IStick Pico to confirm but no, the connection was positive and firm and charged perfectly. So back into the VIM it went and if I touched the USB plug slightly on the left and then right it would start to self eject itself from the VIM socket. Guess you will want the unit back to have a look, oh well 😔 Okay thanks, and good pickup on this, I will want the unit back, but I'll get you a new unit sent first, so wait until that arrives, when it does, contact customer service at sales@jacvapour.com and they give you a free post label, I'll let them know to expect and email from you. Will that be okay. If anybody else has a similar issue I'd like to know please.

Yes when I get hold of the turbo coils, I'll get some out to everybody that's interested. I think some were to be with us today, but haven't seen them go into stock yet. I'll update about it tomorrow, once I know what's happening.

Is anybody still waiting for the unit to arrive? If so please email me and I can check, many thanks. Also everybody should now have the link to the form for testing feedback.

the turbos are still in the Amazon Abyss, but we should have the following batch arrive around the 15th hopefully, so I'll get some of those out to people wanting to try them.
The airflow is basic, it's basically designed to be set once, that pretty much came from research with our S22 tank, where around 80% set the airflow once and did not adjust, and most juts left it wide open and let the coil bore set the airflow. We are also going to provide cheap spares for people that lose this part, I think it will break before it pops out though, it's pretty well anchored.
Somebody is also bound to mention the bottom usb as well : ) That was my decision, based on it's easier to use while charging, and keeping size down and expense were a priority over the side slung connector. We had a good reliable board that was bottom slung Usb, we could have customised this to be side on, but that would have added cost, and it would have added width and length to the design, about 3mm each way, it doesn't sound a lot, but to maintain proportions it increased bulk quite a bit. The device should not leak if left in any position, but I realise some people used will have a personal preference for this to be standing while charging, hopefully it will not affect enjoyment or use on a practical level though.

email me if you have no shipping email and I'll check on your accounts and make sure they have gone out. Remember and check junk mail, in most cases it is there, but if not email me.

I also made a mistake on the email, it's says the 10th, but it should be the 20th as on the form, so people should get at least 10 days testing to feedback, and then submit by the 20th. This will give use time to make small adjustments to moulds etc prior to creating a very big batch.

The S-Coils can take a good 20 mins of chain vaping 80/20 juice. It passed the extra time/penalty shootout test with flying colours. So long as the coils are primed (top of coil and wick holes) they should cope fine with 80/20 VG, it's what I use. Hopefully you'll get a week per coil, at least I do, on 2-3 fills a day.

I think I need one in black too! there will be more colours in a couple of months, there's a grey and orange one, also a Slate one, which is pretty much black, but I've gone off full black at present, however if full black is requested a lot in feedback I'll have to change my mind : ) We did the white forst because it was a bit different and I am pretty keen on the stormtrooper/panda look for smaller devices at present.
