as a 40 day smoker what would you recommend i buy that would last me two weeks,including all the bits,if someone can tell this noob exactly everything i will need lol,

For 2 weeks, if you get the kit I linked to, I would suggest that you get another 5 cartomisers and around 60ml e-liquid. Best to buy small bottles of e-liquid until you work out what you like.

if you wanna jump straight in you may as well get a variable voltage kit like the lavatube very popular at the mo with an 18650 battery it lasts me a good day on one battery and i am chain vaping (an ex 50 a day amber leaf man)
a pack of at least 5 Cartomisers the Lavatube you get 2 atomizers a cartomizer is the atomizer and cartridge in one steel tube just need to fill them up with a flavour juice search youtube there are a few ways to fill them
and its easy once you see how its done then you want flavour all the vendors here do a terrific range but its down to your taste and dont forget to ask for discount codes here to
