OK are you supposed to keep nic in the fridge then? The bottle I have in use currently, then I don't tsoko . . . . although I do decant into an Amber glass bottle to avoid as much degradation as possible. Really, Nic Base should keep for 2 years in the bottle it's supplied in, in a cupboard ( or similar ) away from a heat/light source before it deteriorates. Much of everything else you read is down to personal opinion and flim flam. In my own opinion and experience obviously. Thanks Perpetua I have an opened bottle in an amber bottle and the other in a clear bottle and are both kept in a dark cupboard so they should be fine. Cheers Tsoko

Cheers Tsoko They should indeed tsoko . . . so now you have to look at other ways of smoothing your mixes out to suit your tastes, if you've done the steeping/breathing thing . . . . are buying good quality ingredients, which I firmly believe Everythingliquid supply and are storing them sensibly. There is no accounting for taste and personal perception, you'll only find what works for you with trial and error. Out of interest, assuming you bought ready made at one time, where there any flavours/ranges that suited you?

Had no complaints from many litres of everything liquid nic in VG and Boots VG.
I used to be a chemist and a smoker so my taste/smell senses are irretrievablly damaged. Chemistry is seriously bad for taste/smell.

I found the cheaper ready made liquids were really harsh so only try and buy premium brands now and plus trying the diy, as you say it is all trial and error, but just wanted to clear up the harshess, hopefully the Smooth I have just ordered will sort it out, plus maybe this manflu is not helping at the mo.

Fingers crossed tsoko. My throat has been very sensitive after developing The Lurgy since last weekend . . . . subohming hasn't been tremendously enjoyable. But I've ploughed on. Kill or cure for me.
