just wondered on what % would you use apple and the sour wanted something like the shots you can buy from the pub lol

Depends upon the Apple concentrate you intend using tr1cky . . . . and the level of sourness is also very much down to personal taste - I'd be inclined to start that at between 2%-4% if you're using TPA/TFA's Sour. You can always add more.

I have some rebranded range sour apple that I picked up from chefs vapour. It's good stuff and very concentrated (2% I find adequate) don't know if you can still get it but might be worth checking out. It tastes very similar to the stuff you get at the pub
