My first hurdle is here, right now. Enjoying the real ales i got in for tonight but now and then i do believe im getting a strange urge to stick a ciggy in my gob and smoke it till the tar has been freshly laid on my lungs. Im no hero so im vaping like there's no tomorrow

Who's gonna win, the ciggy or the Juice? only one way to find out...

And I reckon a ciggy was tried, then stubbed out after a few puffs as it tasted horrid, even through beer goggles.

When the e-cigs work well, I do get satisfaction from them, so I don't want to smoke.
The problem I have is when the flavour goes for whatever reason.

If I was you, I would try some new juices till you find the one that works for you while you are drinking ale.

I have different juices for different times.

Like it has already been said...analogs will win the battle but e-cigs will win the war...

I still have the odd rollup at a friend's. Too skinflint to pay for them anymore. I had 1/2 oz after two months (and remember I was an oz a day girl and this 1/2 oz lasted a good two days).

Took me about 3 months after buying my first kit last June/July to properly get on e-cigs. Maybe (call me confusing ) it's your strength of e-liquid? Often find with noobs that if it's not strong enough you get huge cravings after 3 weeks. Just a thought....

Bit of a headache this morning but last night was easier than i thought. Switched to different flavour when it nagged me and that sorted it

Great stuff..

You are a stronger willed person than I am. I started vaping in middle of Jan and then a week later succumbed to ciggies for a couple of days before I gave them up altogether.

Like someone wisely said to me at the time..It's not what you smoked but what you haven't smoked that you should count.
