Just to add, there really isn't any need to go outside with an e-cig The vapour doesn't smell at all like cigarette smoke & you wont be harming anyone in close proximity

When you get your kit, gently screw the mouth bit off, and dribble your juice down the side into the vision, not to full, screw mouth bit back on, then squish it around to wet the two white wicks, take longer drags than you would with a fag. I usually take two drags at a time, nicer

As Chrissie said, its not like smoking outside, my husband loves the smell of my Applewood juice but if you ever need to vape somewhere quietly, take your long slow drag, inhale it, don't blow it out, but hold it a second and nothing will come out, no one will even know but you still getbyour fix. Its only vapour not smoke, so it wont stink things out or anything

I know and it will be useful for stressful times in work but I'm just going to try to keep my habits the same as I'm eventually looking to quit, so I don't want to end up using it loads even though I don't smoke that much! If I have to go outside then I'll be encouraged to use it in the same way but the advantage is that if it's really hammering it down I can use it inside. Looking forward to getting rid of my ashtrays!

Depends where you are Chrissie. My workplace (and many others) would not tolerate vaping anywhere other than the smoking shelter.
