hi i see the  wismec rx200 is at  V.3  fw  so 


is this a good update  ?

any tips on this mod  ??

how long will this last on a full charge  ?

Update is fine no issues before or after the upgrade

Tip's ? not really, it just does what it says on the tin.

Useage you will get from a full charge is harder to answer and depends on a lot of variables such as wattage, resistance of coil, length of time you inhale for, and how often you use the device. But for example i virtually chain vape at any opportunity and get a good day and a half out of a set of Samsung 25R's. One thing to point out do use trusted good quality batteries, and avoid anything with "Fire" in the name.

Do you have any reason to doubt the viability of any s/w images released to the public sc00terx??

As long as you still have the image of the current s/w on a puter you should be able to backtrack if needed..

The few mods i have re-flashed have all responded positively to it.

And although there is a risk of bricking when flashing, its nominal and i have not heard of any current mod getting bricked by an update..

also going from a single battery efest in a mod to 3 samsungs should improve my vape i was thinking  well  time  at least 



yup i am going for a set or 3 of samsungs

was just a random thing to ask just wanted to see what you all think of the RX200 and its updates as sometimes updates can add to a item`s fw so was just kind of asking thinking out loud hehe

Welcome m8, for the money it is a cracking mod, and sure you will be pleased with it. only slight negative would be it's a heavy beast, so not the easiest to lug around.

I have two of these beasties (both on v 3.00 Firmware) Love em to death but

1 they stay at home not pocket friendly.

2 I charge batteries as groups In my Xtar VC4 in sets of 3 married for the purpose which does add to the cost. Anything else is a pain.

You can get the RX200 with samsung 25R's all in including post for about £60 in the UK. That's what I did, didn't want to wait lol

Cracking mod though, lasts ages on a charged set. I usually have it around a 100 watts with a 0.2 build or so.

The V3 update is good too, I tried 1.08 but had issues but they include older firmwares with the update if you need to go back so used the 1.07 for a bit. Seems to just be a bit better all round with V3 though imo
