 & this is my wee rescue at 4 weeks old...my darling Poppy... a Jack Russell...she's 14 now, & doubly incontinent with wibbly wobbly legs...but is as happy as a sandboy...bless her

  I've never seen it Perpetua...to be honest I shy away from anything to do with sick animals...it just upsets me too much.

  But if you say he is amazing...he must be...I'll see if I can play 'catch-up' to watch

I only see it occasionally because I work nights and never know what day is what, but the guy is a genius who genuinely cares for his creatures, and sheds tears with them when he succeeds in giving them another chance at a full life.
Happy tears, not sad ones...

Me too Gill - I've given up watching a number of programmes as I can't bear seeing any animal suffer.

Ah ok. Im sure it will be the anesthetic. I rememver one of our dogs years ago needed an op. He was sick for days!
