I would probably guess at Inawera as they replicate fruits extremely well generally. I wouldnt bother with tfa/tpa as I found their mango to be very weak.

Chefs Vapors do Mango martini and mango Margarita... if you think she'll fancy a more exotic recipe!

) at 4% is lovely. I combined it with a little Oats, chucked in some Strawberry and a little Apricot to enhance the flavour - it's been a real winner for me.
