I am still a newbie, so please bear with me! I have two OneKits from the eCig store... it looks like this, and it's there basic kit from last year, (they seem to have come out with a newer version.) ukecigreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/ukecigstore-theonekit-skynews.jpgI got two, so that one could be charging while I use the other one, and the usb thingie that I use to charge them says: "USB Input 5v 500mA Output 4.2 DC420mA" on it. This is complete Greek to me, so I've no idea how to interpret it! I've had them since last September, and they don't seem to be holding a charge very well any more... I'm charging one or the other throughout the day. Plus, the vape doesn't taste very nice any more, (worse than a rollie made with stale tobacco, sometimes! ) Would the battery affect this? I've changed the coil twice this week already (Aspire BVC) and thoroughly washed and dried the clearomisers but it hasn't helped. I'm planning on upgrading to (maybe... I'm still dithering!) to the Innokin Endura T18, but I still want to keep the OneKits as backup, but I think I need to get a new battery. My question is, would either of these batteries be compatible with the tanks I have now? www.ivapour.co.uk/janty-ego/ego-batteries/vapeonly-650mah-ego-t-battery.htmlwww.gocigarette.co.uk/pages/KangerTech_EVOD_Battery_650mAh_233052-z=742562&p=97413.cfmI am on a really tight budget, and cannot afford to toss out two OneKits that aren't even 6 months old! I'm hoping they can still last me a bit longer.

Good Morning,
In my opinion the vast majority of items similar to the ones you bought do degrade quite quickly and with your charging issue's, assuming you are not using it more than you used to, it would appear they're on the way out.
The 2 batteries that you have linked will work with the tanks that you have from the one kits, although replacement tanks are quite cheap and that would solve your taste problem.
The battery shouldn't affect your taste unless it frying your coil somehow? The normal things to suggest would be to replace the coil and clean the tank but as you have already done this, it would be difficult to figure out.
If you are settled on getting a similar item then I would like to think you could get the kangar evod battery and tank for £10 however my advice would be to bite the bullet and get the Endura, I think it will be more econimcal in the long run.

I'm hoping they can still last me a bit longer. yes the batteries will affect the taste if they arnt working like new, get a simple mod like the istick 30w and keep using the same tanks www.gearbest.com/electronic-cigarettes/pp_142297.html will take about 3 weeks to arrive, or www.amazon.co.uk/eLeaf-iStick-Electronic-Cigarette-Battery/dp/B018GJ6IOI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1456308962&sr=8-2&keywords=eleaf+istick+30w next day delivery if your a prime member, and i'm sure someone else will give another link to some vape store that's cheaper start off with the istick, read the booklet and put it in power mode, change the power setting to around 7w and take a pull, increase the wattage slowly until you achieve the desired taste output, and I would suggest getting that upgradeing to a better tank unit will provide you with massive boost in vape quality, but the battery is the main thing to change, if you cant afford an istick immediately then I would suggest you get a new battery www.amazon.co.uk/E-Shisha-Rechargeable-Electronic-Cigarette-Starter/dp/B00LHU6RW2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1456309260&sr=8-3&keywords=ego you don't need ot use the included tank or one of thease www.amazon.co.uk/2200mah-Battery-E-Shisha-E-Cigarette-Silver/dp/B00T1Q3YUM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1456309260&sr=8-2&keywords=egobut bear in mind that's a stop gap on the way to a decent battery unit, those things don't often last that long (I had 4 ego's and they lasted less than 2 month before they were needing to be recharged every hour) as with anything the power source that powers the coil is the most important part and the better quality the source is the better quality the output achieved will be.
