This was on the news this morning...
"San Francisco has become the first US city to ban sales of e-cigarettes until their health effects are clearer.
Officials on Tuesday voted to ban stores selling the vaporisers and made it illegal for online retailers to deliver to addresses in the city."
It is funny that cigarettes (of which the health effects ARE pretty clear) are not affected.

That's exactly the sort of thing I was looking for! Unfortunately my tank is only 18mm, so the small ones they have for sale all have logos on them. Thanks for the link, though. I'll check back and see if they have any plain ones later on.

It takes time to find flavours that you like- I tried quite a few duds, too! I discovered I really don't like sweet fruity ones, but the tobacco ones weren't very nice either. Then I came across VapeMate last year before we went on holiday, and I went a bit overboard with their 'drink' flavours. Peach Schnapps, Brandy, and Long Island Iced Tea. I now mix them with a little Manabush, (sacrilege, I know! but it stretches out the more expensive PowWow juice that I love.) I've been vaping for over a year now. Hang in there!

My poor Innokin Endura rolled off the desk the first week I had it, and took quite a knock. Fortunately didn't break, but now has an unsightly dent on the battery. Ever since then I've been trying to find a nice plain vape band without a silly logo or emblem on it, (and it seems I'm not alone- I've seen comments from others on the same sort of quest.) Last week I came across these things on eBay... they are actually silicone rings that are meant to be worn, but I ordered some anyway- and they work! (My Innokin is turquoise, so these colours worked for me... a bit of a search will turn up black, red, or blue ones as well.) www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3PCS-Men-Womens-COOL-Silicone-Rubber-Band-Rings-Flexible-Hypoallergenic-/132022302715?var=&hash=item1ebd2477fb:m:mYn9alyb4ajLGwFpAsZ6I4wIf you prefer the more usual flat sort of band, then you can turn them inside out and since ring sizes are more precise it's easier to get a perfect fit. My Innokin doesn't have a tendency to roll off now- and if it does, I think it'd probably bounce.

Noswaith dda, Anubis. If it's any comfort, it looks as though they are divided. If there is one thing I've learned about any politician, it is that they are rarely a good representative of their country... they are out for whatever wins them votes and keeps them in power- basically, nothing but a mercenery. Don't give up on them just yet! Welsh by ancestry, me. Studied the language of 'Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau', but got stumped by all the mutations. I still remember most of the National Anthem, though. And got hooked on Pobol y Cwm for a good few years, too.

Good! the taste is so much nicer, but I have to admit I'm still a bit intimidated by it- it's heavier, (quite a bit) and larger as well. I'm afraid I'm going to drop it and break it, or something. I use it off and on throughout the day, (and I'm being very careful to turn it off when not using it,so I've not had to charge it up yet- but the light is going yellow now, so that's tomorrow's project.) I'm still carrying the smaller ego-style ones around when out and about, but they are starting to need charging so often now I know they're on the way out. They've been a good first ecig for me, so I can't complain!

It starts .... ! Can you change the drip tip? Get some non metal ones and save your lips The tip the it comes with is plastic, but the day before it arrived I came across the Drip Tip Store, (oh, no....more vapemail potential!) HUNDREDS of drip tips! Anyway, I couldn't resist ordering a stainless steel irridescent one, (will try and upload a photo of it tomorrow) and it arrived today. Because it's cold, it actually helps to cool it down quite nicely. Plus it looks good, too.

It's very different! Have you ever tried to drink something fizzy through a straw that has a tiny hole in it? That's how my previous ego-type vape pen compares to the Innokin... quite a change. And the flavour! Wow... I should have done this sooner. Just out of curiosity, how do I alter the airflow? As far as I can tell, there isn't anything adjustable on it. I'm gonna have to get a bigger box to keep my vape stuff in!

Ok, thanks! Yes, it comes with two 1.5 coils...and they had a box of five discounted with the Innokin, so I got those too. Oops. I guess it will just take some getting used to. If it still feels too warm I'll try a coil with a higher ohm.

Hiya, back again with yet another question. My new Innokin T18 just arrived today, and I'm so excited... or I was. I opened it, oohed and ahhed over it... sat down and read the instruction book from cover to cover. I carefully filled the tank with juice, (Manabush Coyote, 50/50) and put it on charge, but it was already fully charged so disconnected it. I let it sit for nearly 1/2 hour to make sure the wick was saturated, turned it on and tried to vape.... The juice tastes warm to the point of nearly being hot... not as in burnt taste, but in temperature; VERY warm, almost enough to burn my tongue. I very carefully tried it a few more times, but it is the same and now I'm afraid to use it in case I've done something wrong to it. It's a weird sensation, my first ego ecig doesn't do this. The battery itself doesn't feel warm to the touch- just the vapour off the juice. Help! I hope I don't have to send it back.

Oh, no.... I've gone vapemail mad. First I ordered the Innokin Endura T18 last night. Then I watched a video on Youtube about it, and the girl demonstrating it pulled the tip off.... and I thought, can I get a different tip for it?! so of course I had to google for 'vape drip tips' and found this site- The Drip Tip Store! Oh, NO. Hundreds and hundreds of drip tips to try and choose from- and free shipping! www.thedriptipstore.com/Guess who just ordered three, (and I had to restrain myself) new drip tips. One for the new (not even arrived yet) Innokin, and two for my poor ego vape pens who were feeling neglected. Something to look forward to.

Ok, I think I'm getting over-enthusiastic and ahead of myself. I'll wait until the Innokin arrives, and see how I get on with that before I get into the fancier add-ons! My ego batteries are only 650, so probably wouldn't work well with a large automiser, (and i still get confused... automiser, or clearomiser? or tank? I think they are all the same thing, although I might be wrong!) anyway, thanks for all the helpful tips... it's a lot to take in, isn't it?

.. And conversley you could also invest in a better attomiser and screw that into the internal thread on the top of a pen type ego battery too.. Can I do that?! I would like a better atomiser... I came across this video when I was reseaching the eLeaf iStick, and I think she says it's an Aspire Nautilus? (at 1:55 she holds it up close to the camera) I didn't know they would fit onto an ego-type battery... I thought they would only fit on box-shaped ones. Although I suppose it might look a bit odd... it's much bigger around than my ego battery.

I might have to splash out for a bottle or two on Coyote Thursday. On another matter... I always seem to have trouble getting into the Manabush website. It asks that I put in my date of birth, and then when I click to enter, it wipes out the dates I've just entered, no matter how many times I put them in, (and I tick the Terms and Conditions, too.) The only way I can enter the site is to go to my emails, find an old invoice and click on 'Review your order'... then it takes me straight in. I AM over eighteen, I AM! Believe me, with my dodgy knees, (along with everything else) I can only dream of being eighteen again.
