Glad it's been sorted out quickly, accompanied by a reasonable explanation Bobsbeer, on the evidence provided this would appear the exception rather than the rule with this vendor. Some chinese staff like to be funny buggers. Fasttech has some great reps such as jenny, but I recently received some 30qs that were lightly damaged. I am using them and will repair the wraps when they inevitably become unsafe (where do you find the white rings though can't find those anywhere one is cracked) but it's not the point, it's an inconvenience and a hazard to someone who isn't clued up on these things. Crystal said "Sorry for the issue. Would you like a partial refund of $3.00 as gift certificate for the damaged issue? I will further assist you upon your reply." To which I replied "Damaged batteries are dangerous. I would like full replacement". Seems he/she got the message and issued a refund, though I would have accepted a replacement pair. So the moral here is to keep knocking on the door you will find resolution sooner or later. Fasttech is the easiest and most reliable store I have used. Cvapor I had to constantly email just to get them to ship my subox that was sitting there in stock.
