Your not alone in trying to find a nice one mate !! i had some of the ALBA MIST concentrate and that was not bad but the inawera i found it to be like a very over ripe banana taste.

I'm going to give the cap banana split a try I think. I may well do the same and try perp's idea with some custard but i am starting to get lazy on the mixing front and been looking at some of the single pre mixed stuff in the T juice range.

I may well do the same and try perp's idea with some custard but i am starting to get lazy on the mixing front and been looking at some of the single pre mixed stuff in the T juice range. This is what Mrsmac suggested trying . . . . I upped the VC to 10%, which suited my tastes. And there's nothing wrong with being a bit ' lazy ' when it comes to mixing @broadblaster, not when there are so many excellent ' one shots ' around now. I stumbled upon a post on Reddit stating that it was the recipe used. I've tried it and took a risk by vaping straight away and immediately mixed up a 200ml batch! Spot on IMHO Here it is... Capella banana split 10% Capella vanilla custard v1 8% Give it a try, see what you think? Enjoy:)

I think you're spot on Perpetua it is still in my rotation but I find the banana does not mellow out so much. I may add some cream on the next run

I've not found a decent banana flavour, they all seem to have some sort of an underlying background weird taste to them. I'd love to find a nice one myself. I've tried quite a few over time and have never been happy with any of them. I've tried putting sweetener in them, cream in them, but I just can't get rid of that weird background taste I love real bananas though

DV "Real banana" is my go to flavour and has been for years. I don't like sweet or artificial and the DV one mixed at 10% is perfect for me. I do tend to mix weak compared to most though. It is a very slow tank cracker, but I abandoned plastic tanks long ago, so it isn't an issue anymore. It hasn't done anything to any o-rings etc.

Anyone know what lorann banana cream ( clear one ) is like. Not tried the clear one, but the original is amazing minime... I've found all banana's need a really long breathe though, otherwise the chemical taste doesn't go away... some I have left the cap off for a week to get rid of the chemical twang
