My only advice to the youngsters, is 'seize the moment', you wouldn't believe how time seems to accelerate as you get older, a week is gone in the blink of an eye.

Well being 45 I'm starting to feel a bit tired and worn out now tbh.
I know I'm not exactly old but the last few years I'm definitely not feeling young anymore
