I am ashamed to admit I'm Welsh

Just read this on the Beeb site, now I'm Welsh Born attended a Welsh School and love(ed) my country.  But it stinks to high heaven

If it's any comfort, it looks as though they are divided. 

If there is one thing I've learned about any politician, it is that they are rarely a good representative of their country... they are out for whatever wins them votes and keeps them in power- basically, nothing but a mercenery. Don't give up on them just yet!



Welsh by ancestry, me.    Studied the language of 'Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau', but got stumped by all the mutations. 

I still remember most of the National Anthem, though. And got hooked on Pobol y Cwm for a good few years, too.

Lived in Bae Colwyn & Llandrillo-yn-Rhos from age 7 when my dad remarried until 17 when I moved South to find work after leaving school only to return for funerals & the odd step-family get together, nothing for me up there now really except more funerals, my bit of Welsh fame is being able to spell and say Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantisiliogogogoch although I have to look up what it all means
