Sorry to say I can't make it now as work is just too busy . I'll just have to hope that at some point in the future there is some big gathering of all the lovely people on this forum that I can attend.

 gutted you'll be missing from the road trip Nancy. But fully understand that work and other personal circumstances inevitably get in the way of best laid plans. Take care, watch for the piccies and we'll catch up for a cuddle in September.

This year I will probably pitch up a bit out the way (near that really NICE shower block with all mod cons) and near perimeter fence so its noisy only on one side and I bought wax earplugs in anticipation.....

I'll soon hunt down AAEC campers as I know what you look like now Hopefully I'll be a bit livelier this year? as I'm guessing camping ticketing will limit numbers and it may be less chaotic? I'm all for partying but do need a few hours kip in between and I might have to take a baseball bat to Alan if I find him at 3/4/5/6am each night....

Have just been trapped in attic trying to fish out tents. ....
Of course I'd gone and put them at the back.... was quite fraught as its in the eaves with beams and crawl space and was full of daughters Uni stuff. I actually thought I might need rescuing at one point!

Have one daughter going to V Fest soon so I have to teach her how to set up a tent. Seems like a good opportunity to check mine is undamaged (and that I can remember how to set the thing up)

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone now
I even saved a duty free plastic smirnoff bottle on the off-chance, its empty like! but I can soon top it up
