  This issue is about my Minivolt ...

  I have never mentioned it on open forum, only because some lovely, generous person sent it to me anonymously, & I really didn't want them to be upset on my behalf.

  All of the above is true, & without striker42,s help, I don't know where I would be.

 It's all been really stressful for me...I can't seem to manage stress anymore.

 I'm now at the stage where I just don't want anymore to do with DNA Vapes...they have totally destroyed the wonderful feeling I had when I recieved this...& I am just so so sorry for my generous benefactor.

There are a few people I would like to thank, but for the sake of anonymity, I won't name them, but they'll know who they are. When you highlighted the fact the device was faulty gill2009 , I had a shot in the dark at trying to help. With a few PM's here and there, I managed to find out from where the device had been purchased. Following that I received return information to forward to you gill2009 , which you followed to the letter and the rest is documented above. Everyone at this end has TRIED to help get this sorry episode sorted out, if only the vendor had TRIED half as much as the rest of us, the title of this thread could have been oh so different. The only thing DNA Vapes have TRIED is peoples patience, generosity and good nature. I hope they read this, take a good look at themselves and understand how much they have tarnished what was an extremely generous gift from one member to another here.

Great news gill2009 I'd be confused aswell but glad if it's finally over and you can get on with enjoying what should have been a lovely gift from Mr/Mrs Anonymous.

I've bought stuff from dnavapes and luckily had no problems. Unfortunately I'd think twice about using them again. I mean, what if something did go wrong?

  I'm really worried now...what do I do with the 're-furbished ' one...as usual, there was absolutely no note or anything...I don't want to open this...to all intents & purposes, I already have the re-furb which works...& which I am now not entitled to...help

Drop them an email stating you are happy to return it if they provide a prepaid postage label and give them a week to do so than keep it as a backup (store at about 40% charge) if they don't.  Mostly don't worry at all, they have put you through far too much of that.
