IMO you spent £8:80 on postage sending the faulty one back twice. If there is no note requesting you return anything, I would just leave it at that. I'm not saying it is right, but under the circumstances, that is what I would do.
Edit : I somehow get the impression they will not be wanting you to return the second hand/refurb unit gill2009

I'm really worried now...what do I do with the 're-furbished ' one...as usual, there was absolutely no note or anything...I don't want to open this...to all intents & purposes, I already have the re-furb which works...& which I am now not entitled to...help Yer right gill2009, you are not entitled to a refurb that works. The kind member didn't pay for you to receive a secondhand/refurb unit, they paid for a NEW one, which you now have. Go and get the box open ya nnnooorrtyy wuummmaaannn and tell us some good news that it is working as it should. If anything has to go back it is the refurb, not the one you got today. Typical Wuman Roscopecotrain, keep everybody waiting

Well reading this has shown me that there will always be at least 1 bad apple, but perhaps they have been informed of this thread and have thought over their behaviour, as to the refurb I very much doubt you will be contacted over it and they have written it off as an acceptable loss, given the circumstances surrounding the matter. I fail to understand their lack of contact or information, maybe being shamed has made them mute.

All this is quite disturbing My own dealings with their customer service was for a package that I had not received, I contacted their customer service department and was replied to within 3hrs with the tracking info that told me that it had been delivered and who it was that signed for it, The person that signed was off sick and they still had my package. In this instance I couldn't have asked for more or for a more speedy reply. I would have happily recommended them till I saw this thread. gill2009 return nothing, you paid for that refurb unit with your postage costs Open and use the new one that was supplied and worry no further. If they demand anything returned then demand a stamped addressed packet with which to return it. I very much doubt that they will bother now though

gill2009 I agree with the others. DNA Vapes have put you (& the very kind person that paid for it) through a lot. Think of the refurb as unsolicited mail - i.e. it wasn't something you asked for & it is therefore up to them to send you a prepaid envelope for you to send it back.

I wish I hadn't seen this thread. I bought an Innokin Endura T18 from them in mid February for OH. Sadly it stopped working about a week ago and I have to say that they are not the best on replies to emails. Hoping that when I return it this week a proper replacement is sent.
