I just bought this tank today but having some real issues with the vape quality from this tank. I cannot get the airflow turned down low enough to get a good mouth to lung draw - with the grub screw fully screwed in it is a very airy draw. I have used a vape band to block some of the air flow but with my low Nicotine juice (4MG 60PG & 40VG) the vape can be very harsh to the point of making me cough. I have tried wattages on my P3 from 6W through to 12W and cannot get this tank to vape the way I like.
I like a nice saturated smooth vape - I still use a carto tank quite often as I love the smoothness of them.
Has anyone else had these issues and were you able to fix them? The tank by the way is a Genuine one from Creme De Vape and using the coil that came with the tank. I also tried another new BVC coil but this is the same as the supplied one.

Hi I've had these kabuki tanks from creme de vape. When you have got the Alan key on the airflow screw you should be able to shut the airflow as far as you can't even get a draw. So something is defently wrong with this.. Maybe loosen the screw right off and try and tighten it back up. I normally to the Alan key when I'm takeing the draw to get the right draw I prefer. I must say this is a fantastic little tank and I have enjoyed these for a long while. But these tanks preformed better and they have an easy top fill. And also take aspire triton and Atlantis coils. moonvapez.co.uk/product/supertank-mini-tobeco-sub-ohm-tank/I know I keep going on about these tanks. But they are amazing for beginners with the 1.8 coil. And the 0.5 Clapton coils for the lung hitters. This tank has never once let me down in anyway.

I have 7 Kabukis. 6 from Crème de Vape & 1 clone from FT.
The air flow adjustment has been perfect on all of them. I screw them fully closed and then out one & a half turns. This gives me a similar air flow to that on the largest hole on a Nautilus Mini.
Just screwed the adjuster all the way in on an original and the draw is, to me, very tight.

that's no problem. When I find something that actually does what it's meant to I like to share with others. As I know what it's like buying tanks trying them to see if there fit for the job. So I'm glad to help. The 0.5 does chuck clouds but it's a lung hit. 1.8 is your mouth to lung like smoking a cigarette I started off with the 1.8 then moved on to the 0.5 Clapton coil.

Pretty sure I got some duff threads on the airflow screw hole. I got the screw to go in further and it has shut the airflow down but has now jammed in there never to come back out again. Going to send this back and get the 510 version of this tank which is less airy without all the messing about with the airflow screw.
