I love this site but when I saw these my mouth dropped wide open... I am no expert but do these look safe to you? and how are they being posted for people to try? they look dangerous as hell to me.

I think it is really irresponsible of instructables to allow things like this, no wonder the law is on everyones backs when you can advertise how to lose half your face in 9 easy steps sheesh

I agree, but common sense needs to prevail, anyone with common sense wouldn't do it.

just look at the comments attached to the 'projects' as anyone who would consider replicating should be canny enough to do without prompting.

post a daft concept and you will be told..

anyone with a instructables login should post a link to this place in the comments for those projects to help guide and educate anyone inspired by them..

and the reply !!!! Depends on the bulb but it will most likely burn within seconds, even with the low voltage. Worth a try though
