afaik Gearbest will still ship to the UK although the shipping options are very limited, i ordered and received a powerbank recently.

I've never bought any batteries from China, or anywhere else abroad, as I like the fact that they arrive within a couple of days from Pure Mist, Torchy or Ecolux. I love a bargain but sometimes................
