We'll keep everythign in one thread and I'll subscribe to notifications so if anyone has any questions or feedback good or bad post away. Many of you will have already shopped with us but for those that haven't we focus on rebuildable supplies and mod parts. When we first started in 2011 the plan was to sell standard vaping products and for a few years that was the case. But with so many excellent eliquid producers and vape stores about we ended up focussing on what we're really interested in and over time became what we now specialise in. Our rebuildable supplies we source direct from manufacturers in large quantities and CNC respool or repackage ourselves which gives us a lot of control over the end product. We're particular about which manufacturers we use and are gradually introducing a system to record batch information. So in theory, in a scenario where we need to recall a product we can easily identify which customers received a particular batch of wire. It's pretty unlikely this will ever happen and way beyond any requirements for wire but we plan at some point to become ISO 9001 certified and this will be a requirement. We've modified our respooling equipment over the years so that multiple felt pads are situated along the wire path. So as we respool any dust or grime are removed. This was initially developed to minimise graphite levels on titanium but works well to give all of our other wires a final polish during respooling. Mod parts have always been a passion. All of our mod parts are either sourced from mainstream distributors or direct from manufacturers. Other parts we've designed and had produced and we supply custom parts to some well known modders. We're always open to producing custom parts subject to tooling fees and minimum order so feel free to drop us a message any time to discuss this. Our main website is www.stealthvape.co.uk - All of our products are available there. Over the last year we've set up two other sites. www.rebuildablesupplies.com - As the name suggests this site is dedicated to rebuildable supplies www.modparts.co.uk - Our dedicated mod parts site. While it might look odd setting up more sites that sell the same products as Stealthvape, the new websites have no history of selling nicotine, nicotine containing products or vape gear. They're there to serve as a TPD / regulation contingency plan but also as a backup for the rare occasions when Stealthvape.co.uk is down. All three websites are connected to the same management system here at HQ and are processed in exactly the same way. On the subject of order management. The majority of our products have been assigned an EAN13 barcode and either the products themselves or their locations are barcoded. As we pick an order each item is scanned which has almost completely eliminated picking mistakes. Our official order cut off is Midday. This is to give us leeway for those extra busy days but our unofficial cut off is much later and it's not unusual for orders to be processed as late as 3:30pm ready for our 4pm collection.

Great to see you here stealthvape I think I got my first ever rebuild wire and mesh from use. Your 316L seems very stable but it certainly needs high heat. Well the 24 gauge I'm running at 540f in tc. I'm having an excellent vape from it though. Thanks for all the hard work you've done for the vaping community

Thanks for all the hard work you've done for the vaping community Ah thanks, yeah I'm told the low TCR of stainless steel wires means it's only accurate to the nearest 30 degrees. Any static resistance will mess with it too. I was hesitant to stock it to be honest but I'm glad I did as it's been well received and we sell enough. Looking towards a new TC wire at the moment but the minimum order is putting me off. I'm trying to arrange samples just to be sure

I'm trying to arrange samples just to be sure The low TCR is the biggest issue, but it's also the mass of the coils with ss IMO. The resistance changes more quickly than the average heat, so while the board is changing the electrical power the heat is spreading along the wire. If you set up your device with max preheat and a power level that just maintains the temp just below the limit you can get a very smooth vape even from triple twisted dual coils. ETA that is with StealthVape 316L and the TCR is pretty good, I tried a sample another vaper gave me from the crazy people and the TCR was way off.

I hadn't really ever thought about coil mass causing issues

I know it's not the best wire for dual coil builds It gave off blackness I think from the nickel like ni200 does and it just put me off tbh maybe a nife50 or higher might be better. Personally I'm not keen on too much nickel content

I find that NiFe30 regulates really well even in dual coil, I still prefer Ni200, but NiFe30 is a close runner up and IMO is significantly better than stainless steel or Ti (for different reasons).

The Nife30 worked great don't get me wrong but the black that leaches out and even peppered the inside of my tank I did not like. I still feel we still need the perfect all around wire
