I see a lot of these mothers milk style recipes calling for loads of cheesecake graham crust, it just tastes like biscuit at such high percentages even after steeping and masks the other creams. I found this a good cream base but strawberry ripe doesn't cut through need to try others
3% tpa bavarian cream 3% cap sweet cream 2% whipped cream 2% cap vanilla custard
I think with the right strawberry this will taste just like big mamas milk which is lush! What's the best strawberry for this?

Many mixers seem to recommend a meld of 5% Capella Sweet Strawberry and 5% TPA Strawberry Ripe in their complex strawberry concoctions so maybe try a 50/50 combination of those?
I know inawera Shisha Strawberry is supposed to be a good flavour that doesnt dissipate like many others do, so you could try that? or another tip is 1% dragonfruit helps to stop strawberry vanishing

My strawberry milkshake is along the lines of what you have anon4 .....well....bavarian cream and custard. I mix 2 strawberries together too to get it to hold up.

I've got a mix with the above and O.O.O strawberry milk and it seems to be standing proud. Might even need to drop it down a little

Scratch that. So far I have this 10% strawberry ripe 3% tpa bavarian cream 3% cap sweet cream 2% tpa whipped cream 2% cap vanilla custard
Hasn't steeped properly yet but tastes pretty good. I think with mixed strawberries as advised above this will be good
