I'm just trying to think up a polite way of telling them to stick it where the sun don't shine! (Not having much luck with my choice of words ATM haha!) Depends what translator and dictionary they use.
They might get confused with arse and ass
One will lead to a local farm with funny walking mules
There's my donkey again carrying my batteries from ft !

Issue them an ultimatum. Honor purchases as made or lose their vendor status. Either they will choose to take a small loss on an error they made thereby becoming less likely to make that same mistake again, or choose not to be a vendor here.
Solves the problem either way.

This is the perfect solution to a yet another shocking advertisement mistake. Mods could this option be considered to them?

This is the 4th time I have been screwed over by GB and now the last. I voted to keep them in last time, I now request they are removed from vendor status, unless they honour there mistake. For a company that's run in a country that preaches honour above everything else, this is a very poor show. With the TPD coming into Europe very soon I was looking to China to fulfil a lot of my vaping needs ,Gearbest will not be one of them. I spent over $150 over the weekend with them.no more.

I thought UK consumer law meant you had to honour an advertised price. Didn't Argos get caught out a few times?
Suppose the question is which country did the transaction happen in. Surely you have to comply with UK law to sell in the UK?

The big question for me is if it was a genuine mistake why take the money instead of just cancelling order.

Im just so fed up with Gearbest, because of Isabel I really have tried with them, but the hassle just isn't worth it. I ordered an Aeronaut in the UK last week and it came the next working day, I had an issue and it was resolved in 1 email in about 30mins. I buy from Fasttech very often and had no issues to date, why do we keep putting ourselves up for this crap..

Would have restored faith in the company for a start but no, they prefer to lose customers. This happened to focalecig a while back. They allowed the reduced priced item to ship out. Gearbest have made apologies and promises to rectify these 'mistakes' time and time again to no avail.

My response to their apology
Support Center Knowledgebase And Support Center Support center >> Ask a question >> Apology letter for canceling your recent order. Questions List Ticket: AT16032905276 Order Number: W160328113131**** Message Type: Mail to client Subject: Apology letter for canceling your recent order. Message: Ticket Status: Processing Full Name: At :03/29/2016 05:11:27 UTC
I'm a UK customer and here in the UK the price advertised must be honoured by law. I suggest you abide by UK law if you wish to continue selling to the UK. If you are not able to honour UK law I suggest you stop selling to the UK.
If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction and the item sent at the confirmed order price then me and all my Ecig forum friends will not order from you again.
I hope you will honour my order and I will trust you and resend payment.

decoy , it was a flash sale. how are we to know they haven't overstocked and need to get rid of them? I personally do NOT use gearbest because of stuff like this I have watched stuff pop up for silly prices a good number of times for it to be cancelled as a mistake or the one that bit me 1st the vapershark dna 40 clone preorder(the one were the mod didn't work) the number of these seem to suggest that it might be cash grabbing when they short for the rent or they have sacked one of the it team and he has left presents but they must sack a lot of peps for it to be that lol I don't recommend gearbest to anyone or tell them that its a use at your own risk if no wear else has them
