Placed a order with both late Thursday evening, both orders arrived well packaged first thing Sat morning.

Agreed Chefs V always give excellent service have added to my order after completion and it has been no trouble all been sent and received together. Not tried The Ecig Shop but will have a look.  |

Another concentrate order from both The E Cig shop and Chefs Flavour's restocking my dwindling supplies, excellent service from both once again!
These guys are really on top of the game in customer satisfaction.

Yup The royal mail lost 100ml of concentrate of mine and the ecig shop replaced it with 200ml. Outstanding service and loyalty from them |

+1 for Chefs this week. Had placed an order and then Perpetua advised of the Liquid Barn concentrates being on offer. Emailed Chefs and they held the order back until i had selected the extra concentrates and they had billed me separately. Great customer service. The ecig shop are also very good when i have used them. |

Well, they are 2 of my 3 favourite vendors whenever I place an order for concentrates (the 3rd is UK Flavours... wish Darkstar was delivering to Greece so I could give them a try)!!! Am completely and totally satisfied with them, in any aspect!!!
